Production/Sanitation Associate
New Haven, CT

Pay Rate: 3rd Shift: $17.34

Shift: 3rd Shift – 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM
Schedule: Monday – Sunday (5 Days/Nights a week including weekends)

Job Description:

Join our team at a food manufacturing facility specializing in bread production. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment with a company committed to producing high quality bread

Job Responsibilities:

Production:

Operate within a production line to prepare and inspect bread products for quality.
Use manufacturing equipment to process bread products while meeting company and regulatory standards.
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Sanitation:

Operate within the sanitation department to inspect and clean the facility.
Use cleaning equipment to clean production line machines, mop floors, take out trash while meeting company and regulatory standards.
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in food handling, assembly, baking or production is preferred.
Previous packing/warehouse experience is preferred for packing positions.
Previous sanitation experience is required for sanitation positions.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict quality standards.
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently on a production line.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
