Responsibilities of the Assembly
Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of finished products according to specifications.
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality control standards.
Troubleshoot and identify product failures or technical issues during assembly.
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems.
Maintain workflow efficiency by collaborating with team members and supervisors.
Ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and attention to detail throughout production.
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements of the Assembly
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production roles preferred.
Experience with electronic components, footswitches, or small part assembly is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Training or certification in technical or safety procedures is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits for the Assembly
Competitive pay: $17-$18 per hour
