Masis Professional Group is hiring a full-time Window & Door Service Technician to support homeowners and customers throughout the Raleigh area. You’ll work closely with our internal sales team and product vendors to ensure installations are performing properly and service/warranty issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and resolve window/door service issues at customer homes and job sites
• Perform repairs/adjustments such as:
  • Installing/replacing screens, muntins, and related components
  • Balancing windows, replacing glass/IGUs, sashes, and hardware
  • Cleaning windows and completing job site cleanup
• Determine corrective action based on homeowner concerns and product evaluation
• Coordinate parts ordering and work directly with vendor service departments
• Complete and submit warranty/service paperwork accurately and on time
• Handle service calls efficiently while providing a high-quality customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to service calls
• 2+ years experience as a window service technician (finish carpentry/construction background is a plus)
• Comfortable using a computer for documentation, orders, and communication
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb a ladder
• Strong communication skills, organized, and customer-empathetic
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
