Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Westborough, MA
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Westborough, MA. If you have experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing slips and shipping documents
• Generate shipping paperwork using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping portals
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Report discrepancies or damaged shipments promptly
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Track warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) as needed
• Cross-train on all Shipping & Receiving functions

Qualifications

• Previous Shipping & Receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to accurately complete shipping documentation
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
